Return & Exchange Policy
At Raveendra Gold Covering Works, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you are unhappy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns or exchanges can be initiated.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Damaged Items/Wrong Items:
To ensure a seamless return or exchange process, it is mandatory to record an unboxing video of the received parcel. The video must:
Capture the parcel from all angles (360° view).
Clearly show the sealed package and the printed shipment label.
Include the continuous unpacking process of the product without any edits or interruptions.
Thoroughly inspect the product in the video and document any defects or damage clearly.
Return Process
Contact Us:
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp at 9985448993 for a quick resolution.
Request Approval:
Share the order number and the unboxing video along with your reason for the return or exchange.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Return Shipping:
If your request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us.
Return Shipment:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our team.
Use India Post courier service only, and a courier charge of up to Rs. 100 will be reimbursed.
Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria.
Refund/Exchange:
If approved, we will ship the replacement product within 5 business days.
If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed within 2 working days.
Important Notes
No Returns/Exchanges: We have a strict ‘No Return’ policy for cases where the product is not damaged but does not meet expectations (e.g., variations in appearance).
Items with Beads & Sequences: Products with delicate components, such as beads or sequences, may naturally shed over time. This is not considered a defect, and no returns will be accepted in such cases.
International Orders: Payments made for international orders are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please order carefully.
Sale Items: No returns, refunds, or exchanges are applicable on sale items.
Shipping Responsibility: Customers must ensure the safe return of items. Using a trackable shipping service is highly recommended.
